Interval Software Services Signs Agreement with Westgate Resorts
Miami, FL, April 12, 2002 - Interval Software Services, LLC (ISS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Interval International, has entered into an agreement with Westgate Resorts, Ltd. to license its Resort Solutions® software application. In a phased approach, Westgate Resorts, Ltd. will install Resort Solutions at each of its resorts beginning with its newest - Westgate at Park City. Installations are currently underway for the Park City, Utah property.

Resort Solutions is a comprehensive software program designed to meet the ever-changing needs of a full-service timeshare operation - from lead generation, marketing, contracting, and commissions, to member servicing, reservations, and resort financial management. It also includes a sophisticated business-rules engine that will help resort personnel operate within the guidelines established by the developer, as well as inventory-management features that will help maximize profitability. The software incorporates the newest and most elaborate requirements of club-ownership structures to aid in sales and operational management.
