INTERVAL SOFTWARE SERVICES SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH
ROYAL SAVOY VACATION CLUB

First European Users On-Line With Innovative Software

Miami, FL, August 19, 2002 -- Interval Software Services, LLC (ISS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Interval International, has entered into an agreement with Siet-Savoi, S.A. to license its Resort Solutions® software application for use at the Royal Savoy Vacation Club in Madeira, an island located just off the coast of Portugal. Installation of the Resort Solutions system is currently underway with support provided by ISS's European office in Northern Ireland.

Resort Solutions is a comprehensive software program designed to meet the ever-changing needs of a full-service timeshare operation - from lead generation, contracting, and commissions, through member servicing, reservations, and resort financial management. The program incorporates the newest and most elaborate requirements of club-ownership structures to aid in sales and operational management.

"In line with our strategic partnership approach to servicing our resort developer clients, we endeavor to provide them innovative technology that enhances long-term owner satisfaction," said Jeanette Marbert, chief operating officer for Interval International. "We are pleased to be working with Royal Savoy to assist them in achieving operational efficiencies in a variety of areas."

"Resort Solutions is a very powerful and flexible tool that creates control within an organization," said Dr. Paulo Jesus, operational director for Royal Savoy. "We are proud to be pioneers in using this state-of-the-art timeshare software."

Resort Solutions includes a sophisticated business-rules engine that will
assist resort personnel in operating within the guidelines established by the developer. It also includes inventory management features that will help maximize profitability. The sales and marketing solutions offered through the program include the design of marketing programs that can be tailored to specific target audiences, calibrated to achieve maximum success, and monitored to evaluate effectiveness. Specific marketing tasks, such as telemarketing calls and mailings, can be automatically scheduled for specific employees.

"Resort Solutions has been developed for the global market and incorporates extensive multi-currency features," said N. Gene Pence, vice president of ISS. "We are excited about this opportunity to introduce the software at Royal Savoy, one of Europe's premier resorts."

"We are very happy with the professional association we've had with Interval International and confidently look forward to proceeding as Europe's first customer to use the Resort Solutions," adds Graham Lunow, project director of Royal Savoy.
